When Spirit touched my shoulder on the mountain

I hiked the mountain this morning. The same mountain that was very difficult for me to climb, was somewhat easier for me today. I actually ran down the mountain because today, I had this overwhelming energy. I believe when Spirit is around, we get an added boost of energy. Here's why I had mine.

Hello and welcome to "Your Spiritual Journey".
Members: Please take the time to introduce yourself in the forum below.

We all have our own paths we've taken and we all have a story or two to share. That's why I started this network.

No matter if you are new to metaphysics, reiki, crsytals or meditation, or someone who has 50 years experience, we all have something to offer one another. If anything, we can give support, friendship and the gift of letting someone know, you aren't alone in this world.

We have an eclectic group of people here from around the world including mediums, reiki masters, shaman, psychics, crystal and spiritual artists, book authors, angel practitioners, animal communicators, and I know I'm probably missing someone so if you could be so kind as to introduce yourself in the forum, that would be helpful.
